Conditioning Group Exercise
We offer you a number of great options of classes that focus on conditioning your body. While doing cardio is great for your heart, these classes will help you build and maintain those muscles, and strengthen your core as well.
This popular, original Harbor Square conditioning class is a non-aerobic class utilizing various equipment such as weights, body bars, and tubing to sculpt and define your body. This is a very effective workout and can be adjusted to work for all fitness levels.
Offered on Tuesday and Thursdays. This class is lead by one of our certified personal trainers and is designed to give you the opportunity for a high intensity, core strengthening, resistance training, cardio workout that will push you to achieve your fitness goals. This class offers you a chance to work with our amazing trainers FREE for members. Bring a friend it's lots of fun!
This 30 min. class is conducted upstairs in the weight room using the Free Motion equipment. In this workout you will circuit through different stations making this a full body conditioning and cardio workout. 45 minute classes are offered M-W-F.
This challenging class is lead by one of our highly qualified personal trainers offering you a chance to get an amazing CORE focused, strengthening workout FREE to members. You will work "bottom of the chest, top of the knees, all the way around".
Body Pump (Les Mills)
This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises: squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!
15 minutes of great exercises specifically designed to tighten and tone your Abs! This class is scheduled right after Body Pump making this a perfect follow up workout!
