Our cycling classes are approachable, non-threatening and designed for ALL fitness levels. Indoor cycling is a workout that all fitness levels can share together. This 60 minute class is a calorie burner. You will join your instructor on different courses, hills, sprints, and intervals as you workout to great music. Every ride and music selection will vary with instructors but all classes offer a great workout along with motivating coaching.
This class is a fun and challenging workout that starts on the bike combined with 4 sculpting intervals off the bike (squats, biceps/triceps, lunges, shoulders/back).
