Group Exercise
Aquamotion
If you need a class that will provide an all-over workout without
aggravation or trauma to the joints, try exercising in the water!
Highly recommended for the novice, beginner, senior, pregnant, overweight
and those who need injury rehabilitation.
Arthritis
Swim
A workout designed for people with arthritis, fibromyalgia,
and other joint limitations. Exercises are done slowly to preserve
and enhance joint mobility.
Aqua
Express
An intermediate to advanced water workout utilizing noodles,
kickboards and plenty of upbeat music Working against the water
help you achieve muscle strength and tone, as well as aerobic endurance.
Water shoes are recommended. Participants do not need to know how
to swim.
Senior
Splash
A new 45 min. water class offered to members and silver
sneakers. This is water walking class for those who want to strengthen
muscle tone, stretch and have fun working out in water without aggravating
joints! Highly recommended for the novice, seniors and those who
need injury rehabilitation. Designed to improve circulation and
stamina.

Classes
- Body
Sculpt
A non-aerobic conditioning class utilizing various equipment such
as weights, body
bars, and tubing to sculpt and define your body. The is a great
workout and can be adjusted to work for all fitness levels.
- Ab/Lab
The perfect 15 minute solution to get your mid-section in the
best shape ever.
- ABC
Sculpt
This conditioning class focuses on Abs, Butt and Core. We will
use a variety of props such as balls, weights, body bars, and
most importantly our desire to see results.

Body Resolutions
Using dumbbells, tubing, weighted bars and leg weights,
the focus of this class is resistance training; upper body, legs,
and trunk. Perfect for those of you who like to get your aerobic
exercise outside the classroom, but lack the motivation to adhere
to a strength building program.

Body
Better your balance and body strength while challenging
your core muscles. The combination of free weights, body bars
and the Bosu trainer will work your whole body and jumpstart your
heart rate!

Training
This challenging class focuses on strengthening the CORE - “bottom
of the chest, top of the knees, all the way around”.
Yoga
The
practice of Yoga is a complete system of physical exercise and healthy
movement that integrates balance, flexibility, grace an strength.
Mats are provided.

Yoga
A user-friendly class that provides you with total body awakening.
The focus is fitness-oriented; incorporating Hatha yoga and Pilates
based core strengthening.
- Gentle
Yoga
A slower paces class emphasizing gentle stretching for people
of all ages and abilities as well as people interested in yoga
basics.
- YogaAlign
This class is based on Iyengar style Yoga that places emphasis
on standing and seated poses which develop strength, balance and
flexibility.
- YogaFlow
A dynamic active form of Yoga, where traditional Yoga poses are
united together using fluid transitions and breath.
- Yoga-Zest®
Each Yoga-Zest class is an opportunity to awaken your essential
self through a dynamic and balanced flowing style of yoga. You
will be guided through poses with modifications to help you adapt
to your own body and fitness level.
Pilates
Pilates
is a series of exercises/movements that were designed by Joseph
Pilates over 75 years ago.
Classes are for the ongoing Pilates student. If you are new to Pilates, please call on instructor for a "focus session" to prepare to join the class. Watch also for our Pilates 101 series offered throughout the year.
Mat
Pilates 101 Introduction (sign up/fee required)
This introductory class will focus on the foundations of breath,
centering, concentration, and control. We will begin to teach
you how to engage the “Powerhouse”.
Mat
Pilates – Intermediate (sign up/fee required)
This class builds on the principles taught in the Intro class.
The pace of the class is suited to the participant that is familiar
with the Pilates method.
Core
Mat
based class centered on the teachings of Joseph Pilates. Requiring
control and concentration, this series of specific exercises has
special emphasis on breathing, posture, alignment, flexibility
and strength. Not recommended for beginners.
Dynamic
Core
Pilates
and stretching exercises with integrated movement, balance and
core strength.
Private
Pilates session are offered at Harbor Square. Please inquire at
the Front Desk.

A steady Low impact cardiovascular workout using easy to follow

This fun class is a contemporary dance cardio workout using funky
music with hip-hop, jazz and funk style moves.

Come to this great Cardio-Core class ready to work your Cardio
and Core. We will use the Bosu, Ball and your drive to see results!

Cardio Express (30 minutes)
This half hour cardio blast is the perfect solution to get you
moving and sweating in the least amount of time. All levels welcome.

A cardio and conditioning full body workout! Intervals of low
impact mixed with intervals of muscle conditioning using weights
and body bars.
- Kickboxing
This class will challenge you physically and is not recommended
for beginners. No equipment is used. Come ready to work hard and
see results in your waistline and butt!
- Step
A fun high energy, non-stop cardio workout that combines great
choreography, uniquely taught and filled with variations and option
for everyone. Previous step experience is recommended.
- Advanced
Step
This class will challenge you physically and will keep you thinking.
You will use between 1 and 4 steps to have fun while your work
up a sweat!
- Step-Sculpt
A great cardio and conditioning workout all in one! 30 minutes
of step and 30 minutes of body sculpting. The best of both worlds!
All levels welcome.
- Interval
Step
A step cardio and conditioning full body workout! Timed segments
of step alternated with specific body toning exercises using weights
and body bars. A great workout! All levels are welcome!

60 minute indoor cycling class for ALL fitness levels. Join your
instructor on different courses, hills, sprints and intervals.

High-energy and high-calorie burning taught by some of our fabulous instructors.

This class offers the perfect combo of cycling and conditioning.
Cardio on the bike & great conditioning exercises off the
bike.

5-10 minutes before class to be set up on the bike for the
first time.
- Recommended
cycling gear (not required): bike shorts and hard or stiff
soled shoes. (Running or walking shoes are to flexible in
the toe box). Cycling shoes are optional; our bikes are equipped
with clips.
- Hydrate
before, during and after class. Water bottle is required!
Towels are provided. Please spray down your bike after your
workout!

land based classes. All classes have great music and fun social
interaction.

Sneakers®
A chair based conditioning class that focuses on range of motion
of joints and strengthening muscles to improve balance, coordination
and functional ability.
- Silver
Sneakers 2® - Cardio Circuit Class
A more advanced version of the Silver Sneakers Class. This format
included segments of standing cardiovascular exercises, upper
body strength work and cool down done in a chair.
- Fit
for Life 1
This class includes aerobic conditioning as well as endurance
training with emphasis on improving balance. This class is not
chair-based class.
- Fit
for Life 2
A low impact, moderate intensity class designed for active older
adults or anyone who would benefit from a lighter aerobic conditioning
class.
