Aquatics
Group Exercise
Aquamotion
If you need a class that will provide an all-over workout without
aggravation or trauma to the joints, try exercising in the water!
Highly recommended for the novice, beginner, senior, pregnant, overweight
and those who need injury rehabilitation.
Arthritis
Swim A workout designed for people with arthritis, fibromyalgia,
and other joint limitations. Exercises are done slowly to preserve
and enhance joint mobility.
Aqua
Express An intermediate to advanced water workout utilizing noodles,
kickboards and plenty of upbeat music Working against the water
help you achieve muscle strength and tone, as well as aerobic endurance.
Water shoes are recommended. Participants do not need to know how
to swim.
Senior
Splash A 45 min. water class offered to members and silver
sneakers. This is water walking class for those who want to strengthen
muscle tone, stretch and have fun working out in water without aggravating
joints! Highly recommended for the novice, seniors and those who
need injury rehabilitation. Designed to improve circulation and
stamina.
Harbor
Square offers a variety of Group Fitness Classes for every fitness level.
With over 80 classes scheduled each week and three fitness studios, Harbor
Square offers one of the most varied programs in the Puget Sound.

Sculpt
A non-aerobic conditioning class utilizing various equipment such
as weights, body
bars, and tubing to sculpt and define your body. The is a great
workout and can be adjusted to work for all fitness levels.
Sculpt+Yoga
30 mins. of sculpt followed up w/ yoga exercises makes this a great combination of muscle conditioning exercises including a series of Yoga postures and stretches offering you a method through which to reclaim genuine relaxation and ease after a wonderful invigorating workout.
Ab/Lab
15 Minutes of NOTHING BUT ABS! Great exercises geared to tighten and flatten your Abs!
Core
Training
This challenging class focuses on strengthening the CORE - “bottom
of the chest, top of the knees, all the way around”.
Body Pump (Les Milles)
This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!
Yoga
We offer Yoga every day of the week with a variety of styles and fitness levels.
Fit for Life Yoga (Beginner/Gentle)
This chair based yoga class is a great class for all body types and fitness levels. Whatever your age, ability of activity level this class can work for you. Great for seniors, pre-natal, post surgery, or whatever limits your mobility.
Yoga (All fitness levels)
Find balance between effort and ease in a class that combines the strength of held postures and the serenity of breath-directed movement. Classes are based around the fluid movements of the sun salutations and other breath-directed movements.
YogaFlow (All fitness levels) come experience this fun, athletic, dynamic yoga practice highlighting strength building and cardio vascular endurance. This is a faster passed Vinyassa yoga class.
Vinyasa Yoga (All fitness levels)
This yoga class is physically challenging yet mentally and emotional relaxing. The workout can be modified to work for the beginner participant. The vinyasa style of yoga links the breath to the fluid movement of sun salutations making the practice athletic yet gentle and fun.
Power Viniyasa (Intermediate/Advanced)
This yoga class offers the same active, fluid movements of sun salutations and held postures making the work-out a more challenging style of Vinyasa. This class is great for those who want a more active yoga class.
Pilates
Pilates Mat
This class is open to all Pilates experience levels. Challenge the powerhouse with a combination of beginning, intermediate, and advanced movements. Mat work is considered the foundation of the entire Pilates Method.

These classes are FREE for members! In this class you get 30 Minutes of strength and cardio training as you circuit through various stations using the FREE Motion equipment. This workout will improve your general health and fitness. All fitness levels are invited. Class size is limited to 15 individuals. Advance sign-ups re required as space is limited. Please call the Front Desk to Sign-up.

Come join this great early morning, fun, heart pumping workout. You will use jump rope, the step, bosu and weights for a one of a kind sweat fest!

SCULPTCycle -
This class starts on the bike combined with 4 sculpting intervals off the bike (squats, biceps/triceps, lunges, shoulders/back). Good music and a great full body workout with effective fat burning, high energy cardio.

in the Northwest. Our classes range from chair based classes to
land based classes. All classes have great music and fun social
interaction.
SilverSneakers® - Muscular Strength & Range of Movement - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
CardioCircuit SilverSneakers ® - Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper boyd strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impace aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.
Fit for Life - A low impact, moderate intensity class designed for active older adults or anyone who would benefit from a lighter aerobic conditioning class. This is not a chair based class.
