Megan Wood
Fitness Director & Trainer
Megan has been working with Harbor Square members since 1987, and is the current Fitness Director. Her background lies primarily in sports conditioning, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
She worked with WSU sports teams throughout college, physical therapy clinics post college, and with our local High Schools. She is a certified CPR instructor and trains all the employees at Harbor Square.
She is a strong believer in "move better, feel better, look better" at any ability level. Every workout should be fun, full of variety, and motivating.

Rachael Carbary
Certified Trainer
Rachael enjoys helping her clients live a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle through exercise and better eating habits. She has been lifting weights since high school, and while playing volleyball at the collegiate level developed a true love for staying healthy.
She loves working with all types of people and has trained ages 10-84. Currently, she coaches volleyball at Northwest University in Kirkland. She makes it her mission to help her clients achieve the goals they set out for themselves and finds nothing more rewarding then helping a "Before" become an "After".

Levi Diggs
Certified Trainer
Levi comes from an extensive sports background, spending 6 years running youth sports programs in Missoula, Montana. In high school, he played varsity soccer and continued sports in college at Pacific Lutheran University with 4 years of lacrosse. He also spent a year coaching lacrosse at Pacific Lutheran University.
He believes that you will never regret a good workout; and is a big fan of functional fitness, sports conditioning and training for real life situations. His favorite quote is "If you don't do it this year, you will be one year older when you do" Warren Miller. He would love to help you meet your goals, build self-esteem, and have a good time while you do it.

Ruth Lee
Certified Trainer
While coaching soccer and basketball, Ruth became interested in injury rehabilitation and then progressed to preventative strengthening to build athletes increased success. After focusing on core strength, balance and flexibility, Ruth happily discovered increased power and enjoyment in her own golf game, and she now trains others who love to golf, play tennis, or ski.
The same training techniques (like Kinesis or TRX) can also effectively be used to improve functioning in daily life activities. Ruth has a special passion working with people new to exercise or those struggling to begin again. She trains clients in their teens to 90s, and employs a calm, encouraging and professional style to achieve maximum results.

Brent Woodham
Certified Trainer
Brent has been involved in soccer since the age of five and running since junior high. Running has always been a passion, in which he competes and coaches. Currently, he coaches' cross-country and soccer at the junior high level and track (distance) at the high school level at King's. Brent has always wanted to stay in a career surrounding fitness and athletics. Becoming a personal trainer was the next step.
He enjoys using his knowledge of functionally based exercises to create intense but interesting workouts. Although his background is in running he enjoys working with anyone wanting to be healthier.
Brent's philosophy is to give clients the skills and confidence to obtain their fitness goals. "If you are willing to just fight through some pain to achieve what you desire you will only grow stronger."

Shiva Riddell
Certified Trainer
Shiva has a passion for movement and well-being. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of British Columbia and her Master's in Education from the University of Washington.
She loves to teach and incorporates her educational background and ongoing certifications to train and encourage her clients. She keeps her clients motivated and challenged by offering a creative and unique mix of exercises based on her personal experiences and certifications. Above a great workout she ensures the safety of her clients by being aware of their limitations. She believes that her clients will work much harder if they can laugh at the same time!
